1. Agreement

By registering for or attending any Forge & Trail retreat, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not register or attend.

2. About Forge & Trail

Forge & Trail is a men's retreat experience operated by Bravix LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Retreats are private, invitation-based experiences combining outdoor activities, wellness programming, and group connection.

3. Registration and Payment

Registration is complete upon receipt of your deposit or full payment. Spots are limited and are held on a first-come, first-confirmed basis. Payment confirms your acceptance of these terms.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by Participant

Cancellation 30 or more days before the retreat start date: 100% of funds paid will be applied as credit toward any future Forge & Trail retreat. Credit is valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation.

Cancellation 14 to 29 days before the retreat start date: 50% of funds paid will be applied as credit toward any future Forge & Trail retreat. Credit is valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation.

Cancellation within 14 days of the retreat start date: No credit or refund will be issued.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Spot Transfers

Your spot may be transferred to another individual subject to prior written approval by Forge & Trail. Transfer requests must be submitted no later than 7 days before the retreat start date. Forge & Trail reserves the right to decline any transfer request.

Cancellation by Forge & Trail

In the event Forge & Trail cancels a retreat for any reason, participants will receive a full refund of all amounts paid. Forge & Trail is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by participants in connection with a cancelled retreat.

5. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

Forge & Trail retreats include physical activities including but not limited to hiking, cold water immersion, sauna use, breathwork, and other outdoor experiences. These activities carry inherent risks including physical injury, illness, or death.

By registering, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with participation. You agree that Bravix LLC, its founders, employees, contractors, facilitators, and venue partners are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from your participation in any Forge & Trail retreat, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

You represent that you are in adequate physical health to participate. If you have any medical conditions that may affect your ability to participate safely, you agree to consult a physician before attending and to disclose relevant conditions to Forge & Trail upon request.

6. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to treat fellow participants, facilitators, and venue staff with respect. Forge & Trail reserves the right to remove any participant from a retreat at any time for behavior deemed disruptive, harmful, or incompatible with the retreat environment. No refund or credit will be issued in the event of removal for conduct violations.

7. Photography and Media

Forge & Trail may photograph or record portions of retreat programming for marketing and promotional purposes. By attending, you grant Bravix LLC permission to use your likeness in such materials. If you do not consent, notify us in writing prior to the retreat.

8. Confidentiality

What is shared within the retreat stays within the retreat. Participants agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of fellow participants and to refrain from sharing identifying information or personal disclosures made by others during the retreat.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

10. Changes to Terms

Forge & Trail reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted at forgeandtrail.com. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
